"To hear a sales manger say "We're not taking a dollar off this car" was unbelievable. Needless to say, I drove 2 hours away and did not purchase the 2015 Nissan Murano SL I wanted. Best part about going there was meeting Ben...loved his energy. The lady who is the service manager, too arrogant! If you're looking for a dealer to work with pricing, not the place. I know "The internet price is priced aggressively", but I found my Nissan Murano Platinum with less miles and better price online and they still worked with me! "

"One star only due to the fact that I can’t give zero.
I purchased a vehicle the first week of January and my title WAS NEVER PROCESSED.
No communication on the part of the dealership while trying to settle an insurance claim bc I was unfortunately in an accident only a month in to the purchase of this vehicle. The fact that I have to follow up on professionals and instruct them how to THEIR job is embarrassing on their behalf and frustrating as a customer. Due to lack of customer service and thorough attention to detail I am already out over $600 in rental car fees with no end in sight. The accident took place 12 business days and I still have no resolve on the part of the dealership for their error.

the manager was very respectful and the sales person
was nice , then the general manager comes to me and
said if you was black I will never sell you this car but
where you from , I said Iam from Jerusalem, then he
said let me turn my back before I say something, of
course it was 3 more deals there and we all walked out
and end up buying a better 2015 Mercedes S550 for
$55000 , before you make a deal make sure they don’t
play that game with you "
