"People very nice. Dealership pretty. Incorrect information about wrecks on vehicle on CarGurus from dealer. Beetle had large scratch, left front light turn signal missing, left bumper / front panel out of alignment (panels including hood and bumper). It pulled to the right while driving- not a smooth drive at all! (I have been test driving beetles of interest) car did not hug the road as beetles do. Finances were disappointing- very high rate. I was given their info to take to my current lender. Payment very high for condition of vehicle. I was not interested in car after seeing condition. Also told they would not service the vehicle (I had to ask) but it would have to be serviced at a VW BEETLE DEALERSHIP. Alex very nice but all in all- seemed more focused on finances than my safety given the condition of the car. I was told all of their vehicles come from auctions! This was not revealed in CarGurus Listing. "

"First I was on the lot for 25 minutes and never greeted. While salesman knew when I’d arrive. The car looked like it hadn’t be cleaned in weeks. Bumper wasn’t fully attached and overall body was in Ok condition and several cigarette like burns inside. Yet they’re asking full price. Everything on their lot that I saw had some degree of body damage that was worth replacing. On top of all this the sales guy never followed up with me after my appointment. Overall I’d never send someone there. Overpriced beat up cars and lack of salesmanship "
