I have purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from Car Pros. A few months later the transmission went out! They paid and provided a tow package to get my truck fixed. All I payed for was parts, which was added to the end of my finance. They made sure I had a vehicle to get around.

Was contacted by dealer only to be told, very bluntly, the vehicle I wanted was sold. No biggie. However the sales associate I spoke with made no further attempt to right fit me into a vehicle. Didn't bother asking questions on what I was looking and didn't respond when I asked why the vehicle was still be promoted through their own website if it has been "sold over a week ago" as he mentioned.
