Is the 2026 Volvo XC90 a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to a very strong ownership impression, and the XC90’s appeal is easy to understand if you want a luxury midsize SUV that balances Scandinavian design, family-friendly practicality, and a strong safety reputation. Its upscale cabin, three-row versatility, and premium-feeling technology make it especially appealing if you want something more refined than a typical utility vehicle. The XC90’s overview emphasizes a strong safety reputation, a polished premium feel, and a well-rounded family-oriented design, all of which support confidence in day-to-day use. Should I buy a 2026 Volvo XC90 or consider a different year?

• 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:
