Used 2025 Toyota Camry for Sale nearCromwell, CT

How much does the 2025 Toyota Camry cost?

Prices have softened 3.94% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 11,556 listings available, which suggests you should have a healthy number of options to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Toyota Camry earns a 4.9/5 user rating and an 8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Cost effectiveness and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, exceptional fuel economy, and spacious interior. They also value its strong pricing relative to the used market and its practical, family-friendly appeal.

On the downside, the expert review points to a noisy engine and a finicky voice assistant. That means you get a strong everyday sedan with broad appeal, but not a luxury feel or standout performance character.

The overview frames it as a practical, family-friendly midsize sedan with a low-risk ownership experience, and the market still shows 38.8% good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.9/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner summary points to a car that feels smooth, efficient, and spacious, while also being a value-conscious choice. That combination usually lines up with the kind of ownership experience shoppers want when they’re looking for something dependable and easy to live with.

The expert review also emphasizes Toyota’s reputation for reliability and safety, along with a hybrid system that operates in the background and keeps the driving experience straightforward. Toyota’s hybrid setup is designed to be unobtrusive, which supports the sense that this is a car built for steady, low-drama use over time.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about headline reliability and more about whether a specific example has been maintained well and kept in good condition.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 86% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because accident-free listings are common but not universal. A pre-purchase inspection is worth prioritizing, especially if you want to confirm that the hybrid system, electronics, and interior features are all working as expected. Focus on condition details that matter in daily use, including wear on seats, controls, and tech features.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The LE gets 16-inch alloy wheels and fabric seating surfaces, while SE adds black 18-inch wheels and SofTex synthetic leather upholstery. XSE brings 19-inch wheels, sporty exterior touches, and perforated leather seats, so the base trim is the most stripped-down choice.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Camry is a hybrid. Front-wheel-drive models make 225 horsepower, while all-wheel-drive models use three electric motors and make 232 horsepower. Toyota says AWD adds traction with only a minimal impact on fuel economy.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, and it includes blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. The Premium Plus Package on XLE and XSE adds front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, panoramic view monitor, and traffic-jam assist.
• Infotainment: Standard equipment includes an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and five USB ports. Higher trims get a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, while XLE and XSE can add a 10-inch head-up display and JBL Premium Audio.
• Fuel efficiency: Toyota estimates 51 mpg combined for front-wheel-drive models and 50 mpg combined for all-wheel-drive models.

Which 2025 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Camry is offered in 4 trim levels: LE, SE, XLE, XSE.

Here's the short version:

• LE: This is the value play if you want the Camry’s core strengths at the lowest entry point. You still get standard LED lighting, the hybrid powertrain, and the full safety suite, but you give up the more upscale wheels and upholstery found higher up the range.
• SE: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds a sportier look with black 18-inch wheels and SofTex synthetic leather upholstery without jumping all the way to the premium end of the lineup.
• XLE: Choose this if you want a more comfort-oriented feel and the richer tech and luxury touches that come with the higher trims. It also opens the door to the available Premium Plus Package and larger display options.
• XSE: This is the most expressive trim, with 19-inch wheels, sport-mesh details, exposed dual-tip exhausts, and available two-tone paint. It suits you best if you want the most distinctive Camry styling and the most upscale cabin presentation.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard across the lineup, and the Premium Plus Package is reserved for XLE and XSE.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 38.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 11,556 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.94% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 86.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,654, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $28,242 sits slightly below last year's $29,400.

That decline suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now. For a future seller, it also means the Camry is currently priced in a way that leaves room for depreciation to continue, even if demand stays healthy.

The good news is that the Camry’s strong reputation, broad appeal, and high owner satisfaction should help support demand when you eventually resell. Models that are seen as dependable and efficient tend to stay attractive to used buyers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2025 Camry is too new to have completed crash testing with independent safety organizations, but it comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 and a broad set of driver-assistance features.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 includes blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. The available Premium Plus Package on XLE and XSE adds front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, panoramic view monitor, and traffic-jam assist.

The expert review also notes that the lane-keeping assist felt firm but still easy to override, which is a good sign for everyday usability. The main caveat is that crash-test results are not yet available for this model year.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It debuts a new hybrid-only lineup with updated features and all-wheel drive available on every trim.

Consider the 2026 if:

• At $32,229, the 2026 costs more than the current year's $28,242 average.
• It adds a sporty Nightshade Edition trim and a new Dark Cosmos paint color.

The bottom line: If you want the better value and the freshest pricing, the 2025 is the smarter buy. If you’re willing to pay more for the next model year’s small updates, the 2026 is the secondary path.
