Is the 2025 Porsche Panamera a good car?

The 2025 Porsche Panamera stands out because it blends Porsche performance with four-door practicality in a way few luxury sedans can match. It is the latest, third-generation version, and Porsche says only about 30% of components are carried over, even though it looks very similar to the previous car. The updated front and rear sections bring squarer headlights and a more pronounced rear light bar, while the overall character remains a mix of sportiness and luxury. Every version is described as enjoyable and comfortable to drive, and the range is now mostly plug-in hybrids.

That makes it a strong fit if you want serious speed, luxury-car comfort, and real everyday usability in one package. The standard equipment list is extensive, so you get a lot of content without needing to build the car up heavily with options. 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Porsche Panamera reliable?

For a used buyer, that means you should expect a sophisticated car with a lot of technology and performance hardware, so long-term ownership risk is tied more to complexity and upkeep than to basic usability. If you plan to keep it for years, you should be ready for careful maintenance and a thorough pre-purchase check.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Porsche Panamera?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any car you are seriously considering, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially because this is a high-end performance sedan with a lot of standard equipment and advanced systems. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and whether the car has been cared for consistently rather than just chasing the lowest price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Porsche Panamera?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 252 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.25% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 97.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $106,062, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $106,062 sits slightly below last year's $114,356.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you sell later, the Panamera’s premium positioning and strong appeal should still support demand, but the current trend shows you should not expect a quick appreciation story. For a future seller, the best outcome will likely come from a well-kept example with desirable equipment and clean history.

Should I buy a 2025 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.25% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right pick if you want the newest version of the Panamera formula and you value the updated third-generation design and broad standard equipment. If your priority is stretching your budget, a nearby model year may be the better path, especially if you can find a clean, well-priced example with the equipment you want.
