Used 2025 Nissan Z for Sale nearWashington, DC

How much does the 2025 Nissan Z cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 314 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2025 Nissan Z a good car?

The 2025 Nissan Z stands out because it blends a classic rear-wheel-drive sports car formula with modern performance and technology. It offers a powerful V6 up front, rear-wheel drive, and either a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic, so you can choose between a more involved enthusiast setup and a more relaxed daily-driving setup.

It also keeps the Z’s heritage front and center with styling that draws heavily on its history and a three-gauge pod on the dash that continues the lineage of the Z. For buyers who want a fun, mod-friendly coupe with strong performance and a clear connection to its heritage, that combination is a major part of the appeal.

33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Nissan Z reliable?

The 2025 Nissan Z is appealing because it offers a familiar sports car layout, modern infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a range of trims that let you choose between a simpler enthusiast setup and a more track-focused version. Those traits make it easy to understand what you’re getting if you want a focused two-seat coupe.

Its drawbacks are also part of the package: the platform is aging, the suspension is soft, and the stock tires are disappointing. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is less about complexity and more about whether the car has been maintained carefully and driven in a way that matches its sports-car mission.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Z?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the car’s condition matches its mileage and asking price. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on tires, brakes, suspension feel, and any signs of hard use, since this is the kind of car that may have been driven enthusiastically.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Z?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 314 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $41,508, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Z's resale value?

The current average of $42,402 sits slightly below last year's $42,657.

That small decline suggests the market has been fairly stable, which can help you avoid a sharp near-term drop if you buy at the right price. For a future seller, steady pricing usually means resale value will depend more on condition, mileage, and trim than on broad market swings.

If you keep the car clean, well maintained, and unmodified in a way that preserves appeal, you should have a better chance of holding value. A well-kept example should be easier to resell than one that shows heavy wear or signs of aggressive use.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Z or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $42,540, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $42,402 average.
• It adds more performance and a more track-capable NISMO setup.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It keeps the classic rear-drive coupe formula with a more distinctive Heritage Edition.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the best primary path if you want a stable-price used Z with strong inventory quality and broad appeal. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2024 is worth a look only if you find a cleaner or better-equipped example that justifies its slightly higher average price.
