How much does the 2025 Hyundai Tucson cost?

Prices have softened 11.22% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 7,782 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong shopper satisfaction. The 2025 Hyundai Tucson stands out as a compact SUV that blends value, space, and a strong feature set, with a larger footprint that brings more rear-passenger legroom and more cargo room behind the second row. It also adds a high-tech cabin update for 2025, plus a generous list of standard equipment that makes it appealing if you want a practical daily driver with a polished feel. 39.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Hyundai Tucson is described as a practical, well-equipped compact SUV with a generous warranty and a comfort-focused setup. Its smooth ride and broad feature content support confidence for everyday use, especially if you value a relaxed driving experience over performance. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the vehicle has been maintained well, since condition matters more when you’re shopping a model that’s built around comfort and value.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still review the history report carefully and confirm there are no hidden accident or title issues. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin electronics, infotainment system, and driver-assistance features, since the Tucson leans heavily on technology. Focus on overall condition, because a well-kept example is more likely to deliver the value and comfort this model is known for.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to compare listings and wait for the right one.

• Deal availability: 39.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 7,782 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.22% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $24,410, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson's resale value?

The current average of $24,410 sits slightly below last year's $27,494.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key is to buy well and keep the vehicle in strong condition so you preserve as much value as possible. A model with broad appeal, practical space, and a strong feature set should still attract interest when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Tucson or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.22% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $23,553, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $24,410 average.
• It offers a well-rounded mix of space, style, and everyday practicality.

The bottom line: If you want the newer cabin update and are shopping for a well-equipped compact SUV with strong market availability, the 2025 is the better primary choice. If your priority is saving money and you still want the Tucson’s practical strengths, the 2024 is the smarter price-sensitive alternative.
