How much does the 2025 Hyundai Elantra cost?

Is the 2025 Hyundai Elantra a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Hyundai Elantra earns a 4.7/5 user rating, and the overview points to a compact sedan that delivers strong roominess, useful technology, and broad appeal for practical shoppers. It also stands out for its generous equipment list, including standard smartphone integration and a standard driver-assistance suite, while the long warranty coverage adds to its everyday value proposition. For you, that means it makes the most sense if you want a practical, durable, and stylish small car with a lot of features for the money.

36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent pool of market opportunities.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Elantra reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also supports the Elantra as a sensible used-car choice because it pairs a roomy cabin with strong functionality, useful technology, and long warranty coverage. That combination points to a car built to serve as dependable everyday transportation rather than a high-strung ownership gamble.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that you should still verify condition carefully, since a good reputation does not replace a clean history and proper maintenance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Elantra?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then confirm the car’s maintenance record and any prior damage or repairs. During the inspection, focus on overall condition, interior wear, and whether the technology and driver-assistance features work as expected. Because the model’s appeal depends heavily on value and equipment, a clean, well-kept example is the one most likely to reward you.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Elantra?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without rushing.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 5,722 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.34% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $20,605, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Elantra's resale value?

The current average of $20,605 sits slightly below last year's $21,316.

That softer pricing suggests the Elantra is currently more buyer-friendly than seller-friendly, which can matter if you plan to trade it in soon. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that a lower entry price today can help preserve demand, but you should still expect resale to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and equipment.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Elantra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.34% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $19,265, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $20,605 average.
• It leans hard into style and versatility.

The 2025 is the better all-around pick if you want the strongest mix of value, features, and market availability. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the more budget-friendly alternative and still gives you much of the Elantra’s core appeal.
