What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid?

Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and any signs of prior damage or heavy wear.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 25.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 244 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.95% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $28,789, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $28,789 sits slightly below last year's $33,073.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, though, it also means resale expectations should stay grounded unless demand strengthens. If you plan to keep the vehicle for several years, the current pricing may work in your favor now even if it tempers short-term resale upside later.

Should I buy a 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 25.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.95% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version in this comparison set and you value a market with decent deal availability, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If your main goal is to minimize upfront cost, you should also compare nearby years and focus on the best-priced, cleanest example rather than the newest badge.
