Buyer beware! This dealer advertises a very low price to get you into the
dealer, Patsy Internet Sales Manager just said the price is a mistake
and is being corrected by the managers. Be careful! Read all reviews, which
appear to be legit by the way the dealer operates.
Star Ford you get ZERO Stars, but because is not possible, I had to give you
a minimum of one star. In my book, the revised dealer name is ZERO STAR
FORD LINCOLN

Overpriced mustangs, is what you're getting here at this place. highly advise going somewhere else. Response online and text messaging is incredibly long and not helpful at all. They do not compete with other ford dealerships prices. If you try to tell them that you found a lower price on the car you want, they will make up an excuse as to why another ford dealership has a lower price. Don't waste your time here. Other wise prepare for machiavellian salesman . especially the woman manager.

I sent a message through CarGurus regarding the car I was interested in, and the dealership responded very quickly. Soon we spoke on the phone and I arranged to come in and see the car.
The associate I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It was an interesting experience since the car was not a Ford or a Lincoln, but a used Kia they happened to have on the lot. However, the car was just what I wanted, so I went ahead with the purchase. I'm very pleased and I would gladly do business with them again.

I contacted the Internet Representative and she said the 2013 MKZ was available. But, the car needed repair work and they were waiting for the replacement parts. Even though she was very responsive, I haven't heard from the Internet Representative about the MKZ still being available or not. She did not call me back to schedule my test drive. (FYI: Prior to contacting the Internet Representative, the 2013 MKZ (color: Bordeaux Reserve) was not on the dealership's lot. Maybe, I will call back.

Disorganized with how they assign
sales people to e- inquiries and
deceptive with their e-quotes tactic.
Then there is the contracted customer
service company that does follow-up
calls (from a call center and not the car
dealership) and does not track who or
how many of their colleagues are calling
you back.

My experience with your dealership was excellent. Tony called me
on a Sunday evening about an Escape Hybrid coming out of
Certification, and I came by Monday and bought the car! Not only
did I get a terrific, no-hassle price on the car, but Ford Motor beat the
interest rate on the financing I pre-approved with my credit union.
Tony was personable, eager to please, and it was his persistence
that got me to come back after having to leave for an appointment in
Upland in the afternoon. I'm very pleased with Star Ford, and will
share my positive experiences with friends who are looking for a car.
Glendale is very far away from my home, but the Escape Hybrid I
purchased was worth it! Thank you for a very easy transaction!
