How much does the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV cost?

Prices have softened 15.44% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,510 listings available, which suggests you have a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.2/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 8/10.

It fits best if you want an electric SUV with a sportier look than many rivals and enough performance to support that image. The Blazer EV also brings multiple powertrain options and available Super Cruise, which broadens its appeal beyond style alone.

The trade-offs are clear: Apple CarPlay is not offered, and the Blazer EV does not claim a clear advantage in range or interior space. That means you should value design, character, and available tech more than maximum practicality.

With 37.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Blazer EV is positioned as a modern electric SUV with multiple powertrain choices and a strong emphasis on style, and its expert evaluation also points to solid everyday usability. Its performance notes suggest it is easy to drive, with accurate range estimates on longer trips and useful charging capability for routine ownership.

It also offers practical charging support, including home charging and DC fast charging, which helps reduce day-to-day friction. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure the battery and charging system have been treated well, since EV ownership depends heavily on battery health and charging habits.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on an EV where charging behavior and software operation matter. Focus on overall condition, charging-port operation, infotainment responsiveness, and whether the vehicle has been used mostly for home charging or frequent DC fast charging.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Blazer EV’s styling is a major part of its appeal, but the base setup leaves out some of the richer equipment and capability you may want. Higher trims add more of the features that make the SUV feel special, so compare equipment carefully before you buy.
• Powertrain: You can shop single-motor and dual-motor versions, with front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive appearing across the lineup. Output and range vary meaningfully by configuration, so make sure the version you choose matches your driving needs.
• Safety package: Standard driver assistance includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with steering intervention, reverse automatic braking, a surround-view camera system, automatic high beams, and a safety alert seat. Super Cruise is available, but not every trim gets the same equipment.
• Infotainment: The Blazer EV uses a huge 17.7-inch infotainment touchscreen with a digital instrument panel, native navigation, a Wi-Fi hotspot, OnStar remote monitoring and control, and Google Built-in. Apple CarPlay is not offered.
• Range & charging: The battery is 85 kWh on the dual-motor setup, and DC fast charging can add up to 78 miles of range in 10 minutes. Home charging is supported at 11.5 kW. If you’re comparing used examples, verify the charging setup and how the vehicle has been used.
• Battery health: Ask for battery state-of-health information if it’s available, and look for consistent charging behavior rather than signs of abuse. A used EV is best when it has spent most of its life on regular home charging, with DC fast charging used more selectively. Also check how much of the battery warranty remains so you know what protection you still have.

Which 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV trim should I buy?

The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV is offered in 4 trim levels: LT, RS, RS, SS.

Here's the short version:

• LT: This is the entry point, and it makes the Blazer EV’s core appeal accessible without jumping straight to the pricier performance-oriented versions. It’s the trim to consider if you want the style, tech, and everyday usability at the lowest starting point.
• RS: The RS adds a more upscale and athletic feel, and it’s the better-value choice if you want the Blazer EV’s personality to come through more strongly. It’s the trim most shoppers should start with if they want the best balance of equipment and character.
• RS: The RS also appears in a different powertrain configuration, giving you another path if you want more specific performance or range priorities. Choose this version if you’re comparing drivetrain behavior more than badge content.
• SS: This is the high-performance choice, and it’s for you if outright acceleration matters most. It sits at the top of the lineup and is the one to buy only if you specifically want the most powerful Blazer EV.

Super Cruise is available, and that safety-tech advantage is part of what makes the higher trims especially appealing.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,510 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.44% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,911, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV's resale value?

The current average of $30,911 sits slightly below last year's $36,556.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favorable for buyers, which can put pressure on future resale if you sell too soon. If you buy now, you may benefit from the softer pricing, but you should still expect depreciation to matter over time.

For a future seller, the key is to buy a well-equipped example that stays desirable in the used market. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV safe?

The Blazer EV earns five-star ratings in all crash tests conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver assistance safety features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with steering intervention, reverse automatic braking, a surround-view camera system, automatic high beams, and a safety alert seat.

GM's Super Cruise automated hands-free driving system is available as an option and also comes with a semi-automated parking system. That gives the Blazer EV a meaningful safety-tech advantage if you want more advanced highway assistance.

Should I buy a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.44% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 adds multiple powertrain choices and available Super Cruise, which broadens its appeal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $26,269, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $30,911 average.
• It stands out for its unique style and impressive technology.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market value story and more shopping flexibility, the 2025 is the better target. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the more budget-friendly path and still gives you the Blazer EV’s core style and tech.
