You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing matches the car’s reported condition and equipment. That price movement suggests the LYRIQ has become more accessible in the used market, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.53% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $37,896, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $44,655 average.
• It offers a more established first full-year version of the LYRIQ.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2025 if you want the stronger current-market mix of inventory and deal availability. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2024 is the better value path and may be the smarter pick for price-sensitive buyers.
