Should I buy a 2025 BMW X2 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 41.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.60% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• The redesign brings a sportier coupe-like shape with similar passenger and cargo room.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want the stronger current-market buying opportunity and a broad pool of listings to compare. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2024 is worth a look for its redesign and practical packaging, but the 2025’s softer pricing makes it the more compelling starting point for most shoppers.
