How much does the 2024 Toyota Corolla cost?

Prices have softened 1.88% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 8,149 listings available, which gives you a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Toyota Corolla a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2024 Toyota Corolla. The overview points to a model year with a wider lineup than before, including sedan and hatchback body styles, plus hybrid and GR Corolla variants, so you get more choice than in many previous Corolla years. It also emphasizes sharper styling and a more modern feel, while still keeping the Corolla’s practical, everyday-friendly character. With 34.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2024 Toyota Corolla reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview describes the Corolla as a practical, easy-to-live-with car that keeps the nameplate’s long-running appeal for everyday use. It also highlights the model’s sensible ownership focus, which is the kind of trait used buyers often want when they plan to keep a car for a while. For long-term ownership, that usually means lower drama and fewer surprises if you stay on top of maintenance and buy a well-kept example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Toyota Corolla?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, even when the market looks clean, because a clean listing is only a starting point. Put inspection priority on condition, equipment, and how the specific body style or trim was maintained, since the lineup can vary a lot. Focus on signs of wear that match the car’s age and mileage, and make sure the features you want are actually present on the exact vehicle you’re considering.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Toyota Corolla?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 8,149 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.88% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 82.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,826, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Toyota Corolla's resale value?

The current average of $20,693 sits slightly below last year's $21,089.

That softer pricing suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car is equipped. A well-kept Corolla should still benefit from broad shopper appeal, but you should not expect a strong price jump if market conditions stay soft.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Corolla or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $22,033, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $20,693 average.
• It adds a more advanced and enjoyable driving feel.

The 2024 is the better primary pick if you want stronger value and more room to shop the market. If you are price-sensitive, the 2024 gives you the better balance of cost, inventory, and deal availability, while the 2025 makes sense if you want to pay more for the newer model year.
