How much does the 2024 Toyota Corolla cost?

Prices have softened 1.75% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 8,070 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare across trims and body styles.

Is the 2024 Toyota Corolla a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Toyota Corolla earns a 5/5 user rating, and that lines up with its broad appeal, practical everyday focus, and wider model range than earlier Corolla generations. The overview points to a sharper design, sedan and hatchback body styles, plus hybrid and GR Corolla variants, so you get more choice than you might expect from a compact car. It also keeps the Corolla formula centered on practicality and ease of ownership, which makes it a strong fit if you want a sensible commuter with more personality than past versions.

37.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Toyota Corolla reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview describes the Corolla as staying true to its long-running appeal for practicality and everyday ease, while also emphasizing that it remains more about sensible ownership than excitement. That combination usually matters most if you want a car that is easy to live with and straightforward to keep for the long haul.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific car you choose matches the condition and equipment level you expect, since the lineup varies a lot by body style and trim.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Toyota Corolla?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report on every candidate, especially if the car has had multiple owners or shows signs of prior repairs. Put the inspection priority on overall condition, because the Corolla lineup varies a lot by body style and trim, which can affect equipment and wear. Focus on how well the car has been maintained and whether the features you want are actually present on that specific listing.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Toyota Corolla?

This looks like a moderate market where selective buyers can still find value if they compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 8,070 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.75% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 82.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,825, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Toyota Corolla's resale value?

The current average of $20,647 sits slightly below last year's $21,016.

That softer pricing suggests the Corolla is holding value reasonably well, but not aggressively enough to create a seller's market. If you plan to resell later, the current trend implies you may want to buy carefully and keep the car in strong condition so you can protect as much value as possible.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Corolla or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 37.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.75% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $21,938, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $20,647 average.
• It adds a more modern, enjoyable driving feel with broader tech and safety appeal.

The 2024 is the better pick if you want a lower average price and a healthy pool of listings to shop from. If you can spend more and want the newer model's added polish, the 2025 is the stronger upgrade path; if price matters most, the 2024 is the smarter buy.
