How much does the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck cost?

There are 176 listings available, which gives you a meaningful but still limited pool to compare before you buy.

Is the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck a good car?

Yes — 5/5. The 2024 Tesla Cybertruck stands out if you want a truck that feels intentionally unconventional, with a stainless-steel exoskeleton, steer-by-wire, a minimalist cabin, and strong performance for daily driving and occasional towing. It makes the most sense for you if you value tech, have home charging, and want something with a genuinely distinctive personality rather than a traditional pickup experience.

17.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so you still have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Tesla Cybertruck’s design and engineering are unusual, but the model’s ownership picture is complicated by below-average reliability and the fact that its specialized construction can make repairs more expensive. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is tied less to routine wear and more to the cost and complexity of fixing unique components if something goes wrong.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Tesla Cybertruck?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a full inspection of the body, glass, and electronic systems, since the truck’s unique construction and technology can make repairs costly. Focus on condition details that matter most on a specialized EV: panel fit, software behavior, charging performance, and any signs of prior damage or incomplete repairs. A clean history report is especially important here because the truck’s repair costs can rise quickly if hidden issues surface later.

What is the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck's resale value?

The current average of $80,964 sits slightly above last year's $78,704.

That price movement suggests the market has held up well, which is a positive sign if you plan to sell later. A model year with rising prices can support stronger resale expectations, especially when inventory is limited and shoppers are still willing to pay for a distinctive truck. If you buy carefully and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned when it’s time to trade or sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 17.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 2.87% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the Cybertruck’s most distinctive mix of design, tech, and performance, the 2024 is the primary year to target. If you’re more price-sensitive, you should compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than chasing the newest badge alone.
