Used 2024 Tesla Cybertruck for SaleNationwide

How much does the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck cost?

Prices are up 2.03% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 183 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck. The overview points to a truck that is intentionally unconventional, with a stainless-steel exoskeleton, steer-by-wire, and a minimalist cabin centered around large touchscreens. It makes the most sense if you want a tech-forward full-size truck for daily driving and occasional towing, especially if you have home charging and value standout design over tradition. 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also notes that reliability has been below average, and the truck’s unique construction can make repairs more expensive than on a typical full-size pickup. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is tied less to routine use and more to the cost and complexity of fixing specialized parts if something goes wrong.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Tesla Cybertruck?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the truck’s body, glass, and electronics have no prior damage or repair issues. Put inspection priority on panel condition, fit and finish, and any signs of repair around the unique stainless-steel exterior and powered components. Because this truck is so specialized, you should focus on overall condition and repair history as much as mileage.

If you find a listing below $78,683, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck's resale value?

The current average of $80,437 sits slightly above last year's $78,836.

That price movement suggests the market has held up well, which is a positive sign if you plan to sell later. A model year that is still trading above its prior-year average can support stronger resale expectations, especially when buyer interest remains steady. The Cybertruck’s unusual design and strong demand from the right shoppers can help keep it relevant in the used market.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices are up 2.03% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the Cybertruck’s most distinctive early-market version and you’re comfortable shopping carefully, the 2024 is the primary year to target. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever listing gives you the best combination of condition, price, and deal quality.
