Should I buy a 2024 Porsche 911 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.65% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $219,454, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $224,015 average.
• It offers broad variant choice and strong comfort.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $225,555, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $224,015 average.

The bottom line: If you want the current-year balance of price, availability, and strong owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the primary pick. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2023 is the better value path, while the 2025 makes sense if you want the newer refresh and are willing to pay a bit more.
