Used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE for Sale nearOklahoma City, OK

How much does the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE cost?

Prices have softened 10.37% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,319 listings available, which suggests you have a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE a good car?

Yes — you’re looking at a 4.8/5 model with an expert rating of 8/10. The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

Drivers consistently praise the luxurious feel, sporty performance, stylish design, and high-quality features. The GLE also stands out for its comfortable character and broad powertrain range, which gives you multiple ways to match the SUV to your priorities.

The trade-offs are clear: handling is fairly pedestrian, and advanced safety features are not standard. If you want a luxury midsize SUV that emphasizes polish, space, and versatility over sharp dynamics, this year’s GLE fits that brief well.

Good and great deals account for 37.7% of listings, so there’s meaningful market flexibility if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a luxurious, high-quality cabin and a vehicle that feels well put together over time. It also suggests the GLE is the kind of SUV owners feel good about living with, especially when they value comfort and upscale features.

From the expert side, the plug-in hybrid setup is described as adapting easily to different driving situations, and the gas-electric transition is smooth and seamless. The 4-year/50,000-mile basic limited warranty also helps support ownership confidence.

The main long-term ownership risk for used buyers is cost: depreciation and maintenance can add up quickly, especially on higher-spec versions.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-priced or heavily optioned example. Focus on condition, maintenance records, and whether the features you want are actually present on the specific trim you’re viewing.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The facelift brings sharper headlights and taillights, black fender flares, chrome grille inserts, and an optional AMG Line package that adds a sportier look. Standard 19-inch wheels are a baseline, while 21-inch wheels are available if you want a more upscale stance.
• Powertrain: You can choose from the GLE 350 with 255 horsepower, the GLE 450 with a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine, the GLE 580 with a 4.0-liter V8, or the GLE 450e plug-in hybrid. The 450e is the efficiency play, with up to 48 miles of all-electric range and smooth transitions between electric and gas power.
• Safety package: Blind-spot monitoring is standard, while the Driver Assistance Package Plus adds active blind-spot monitoring with steering intervention, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control with steering assist, and lane-change assist. That package is not standard, so check whether a used example has it.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 12.3-inch MBUX screen, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system also supports augmented reality navigation, voice control, and an off-road page with detailed vehicle data.
• Fuel efficiency: The 450e is rated at 58 MPGe in hybrid mode and 24 mpg on gasoline alone. The GLE 350 is rated at 23 mpg combined, the GLE 450 at 22 mpg combined, and the GLE 580 at 17 mpg combined.

Which 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE trim should I buy?

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE is offered in 5 trim levels: GLE 350, GLE 450, GLE 580, AMG GLE 53, AMG GLE 63 S.

Here's the short version:

• GLE 350: This is the entry point, and it makes the most sense if you want the least expensive way into the lineup and value the GLE’s comfort, space, and upscale cabin more than maximum power.
• GLE 450: This is the best-value choice for many shoppers because it adds a stronger inline-six setup while staying within the core luxury mission of the SUV.
• GLE 580: Choose this if you want the V8 and are willing to pay for the extra performance and prestige that come with it.
• AMG GLE 53: This is the pick if you want a more performance-focused version without going all the way to the top AMG model.
• AMG GLE 63 S: This is the most extreme choice in the lineup, aimed at buyers who want the highest-performance GLE experience.

Blind-spot monitoring is standard, but the Driver Assistance Package Plus adds the more advanced active safety features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory and deal activity to reward patience.

• Deal availability: 37.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,319 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.37% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $56,859, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE's resale value?

The current average of $56,859 sits slightly below last year's $63,437.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper future resale upside if you’re planning to sell soon. For a future owner, the current pricing also means there may be less room for additional depreciation shock than there was a year ago.

The GLE’s broad appeal, luxury positioning, and strong owner satisfaction should help support demand over time. Well-equipped examples with desirable powertrains and clean histories are likely to hold buyer interest better than neglected or poorly optioned ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE safe?

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE has not received an overall or frontal crash rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), but it earned a five-star rating for a side crash and four-out-of-five stars for a rollover.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Blind-spot monitoring is standard, and the Driver Assistance Package Plus adds active blind-spot monitoring with steering intervention, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control with steering assist, and lane-change assist. Those features work as advertised, and the adaptive cruise control is especially good.

The main caveat is that advanced safety features are not standard, so you’ll want to verify whether a used example includes the package you want. Cars equipped with Mercedes’ Digital Light package also earned an “Acceptable” headlight rating from IIHS.

Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 37.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.37% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 adds a facelift, upgraded interior and infotainment, and a new plug-in hybrid option.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $49,100, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $56,859 average.
• It emphasizes a polished cabin and agile handling.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $61,931, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $56,859 average.
• It adds new configurations and paint colors.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version with the new plug-in hybrid and updated cabin tech, the 2024 is the better target. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the smarter value play, while the 2025 makes sense only if you specifically want the newer configurations.
