How much does the 2024 Lexus LX cost?

Is the 2024 Lexus LX a good car?

The 2024 Lexus LX is a strong fit if you want a full-size luxury SUV that pairs serious off-road hardware with a luxury-first mission. The overview describes it as the most luxurious, most rugged, and most advanced version of the LX, and it backs that up with standard four-wheel drive, a locking center differential, Crawl Control, Multi-Terrain Select, hill-descent control, a Multi-Terrain Monitor, and adjustable suspension.

It also makes sense if you want a polished daily driver, since it is described as smooth and quiet on the road. The tradeoffs are clear, though: it is expensive, its technology is described as unintuitive, and it is not as spacious as some competitors. 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2024 Lexus LX reliable?

The 2024 Lexus LX is presented as a capable, upscale SUV with a strong feature set and a reputation for polished on-road manners. It combines luxury equipment with genuine off-road hardware, which makes it appealing if you want one vehicle that can handle both daily driving and tougher terrain.

At the same time, the overview notes engine-related reliability concerns in 2022 to 2024 models, so you should treat long-term ownership risk as a real consideration and verify maintenance history carefully before buying.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Lexus LX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm that the truck has a clean title and consistent service records. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-mileage example or one that may have seen off-road use. Focus on overall condition, signs of wear in the suspension and interior, and whether all luxury and technology features work as expected.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Lexus LX?

This looks like a buyer-friendly market if you are shopping carefully, because pricing has eased and there is enough inventory to compare options.

• Deal availability: 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 207 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.68% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $90,574, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Lexus LX's resale value?

The current average of $90,574 sits slightly below last year's $98,106.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to give you more negotiating room today than a year ago. For a future seller, that can mean you may not recover as much as buyers paid at the peak, but the LX still sits in a premium segment where condition, mileage, and equipment should matter a lot at resale. If you buy well now and keep the vehicle in strong shape, you should be better positioned when it is time to sell.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus LX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.68% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the right pick if you want the LX’s blend of luxury, off-road capability, and current-market pricing in one package. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2024 stands out as a strong choice when you want the latest version of this formula and can find a well-kept example.
