Used 2024 Jeep Gladiator for Sale nearIrvine, CA

How much does the 2024 Jeep Gladiator cost?

Prices have softened 10.03% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,341 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Jeep Gladiator earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 7.33/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Technology.

You get a truck that stands apart from the usual midsize-pickup formula because of its removable roof and doors, and it is built to be a serious off-road machine. Jeep also updated this model year with minor styling revisions, added comfort and convenience features, and a newer infotainment setup, which makes it easier to live with day to day.

The trade-offs are real: fuel economy is poor, the ride can be rough, and the cabin gets noisy at speed. The model also asks you to accept some compromises in refinement in exchange for its capability and open-air personality.

Only 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so the market is selective rather than deeply discounted.

Is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Gladiator’s appeal comes from its rugged construction, open-air design, and capability-first mission. Jeep also added comfort and convenience updates this year, which should help it feel more polished than before without changing its core identity.

Its performance story is straightforward: it keeps a tried-and-true V6, and the truck’s off-road hardware and available 4WD systems reinforce its durability-focused character. The updated infotainment and interior improvements also suggest Jeep is trying to make ownership easier over time.

If you buy used, the biggest long-term risk is accepting a truck that was used hard off-road or lived with minimal care, so condition history matters a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Jeep Gladiator?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the truck has been modified or used off pavement. Focus on wear items that can reveal hard use, and pay close attention to the condition of the interior, suspension, tires, and underbody.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup starts with Sport, Willys, Mojave, and Rubicon, with Sport S, Mojave X, and Rubicon X adding more equipment. Base versions are the most stripped-down, while higher trims add more comfort and convenience.
• Powertrain: The 2024 Gladiator uses a 3.6-liter V6 with either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic, plus one of four 4WD systems. It can tow up to 7,700 pounds and haul up to 1,725 pounds of payload, but fuel economy is poor.
• Safety package: Starting with Sport S, forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability are standard. Mojave X and Rubicon X add blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors.
• Infotainment: The truck gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, over-the-air updates, Bluetooth for two phones, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot.
• Fuel efficiency: The EPA estimate suggests 19 mpg in combined driving, and testing returned 16.7 mpg over more than 175 miles.

Which 2024 Jeep Gladiator trim should I buy?

The 2024 Jeep Gladiator is offered in 7 trim levels: Sport, Willys, Mojave, Rubicon, Sport S, Mojave X, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, but it is the most basic version and lacks the added comfort and safety equipment found higher up the range.
• Sport S: This is the best-value trim because it adds forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability, making it a smarter everyday choice.
• Willys: Choose this if you want a more rugged-feeling setup without jumping all the way to the specialty off-road trims.
• Mojave: This is the desert-running trim, with a one-inch front suspension lift, FOX shocks, locking rear differential, heavy-duty axles, and Off-Road+ mode.
• Rubicon: Pick this if you want the most trail-focused mainstream Gladiator setup.
• Mojave X: This adds more luxury and convenience on top of the Mojave formula, including 12-way power front seats and premium leather upholstery.
• Rubicon X: This is the most upscale off-road-oriented version, and it also adds the same premium interior upgrades as the Mojave X.

Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors are standard on the Mojave X and Rubicon X.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Jeep Gladiator?

This looks like a moderate, selective-buyer market rather than a deep bargain hunt.

• Deal availability: 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,341 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.03% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,411, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator's resale value?

The current average of $37,411 sits slightly below last year's $41,580.

That price decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may pressure future resale if the trend continues. For a seller, that means pricing competitively will matter more than relying on brand appeal alone.

The Gladiator still has a strong identity and a loyal audience, which helps support demand for clean, well-kept examples. Higher-trim trucks with desirable equipment and strong condition should hold up better than neglected or heavily modified ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator safe?

The 2024 Gladiator earns a three-star rollover resistance rating from NHTSA, and IIHS is unimpressed with its headlights, seatbelt warnings, and pedestrian detection and protection systems.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Starting with the Sport S model, forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability are standard. Mojave X and Rubicon X add blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors.

Jeep also says the truck has structural improvements for side-impact protection and side-curtain airbags integrated into the roll cage. Even so, the rollover rating and the limited standard safety equipment mean you should be especially careful about trim choice if safety is a priority.

Should I buy a 2024 Jeep Gladiator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Jeep updated the 2024 Gladiator with minor styling revisions, next-generation infotainment technology, added comfort and convenience features, and new range-topping trim levels.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,686, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $37,411 average.
• It delivers open-air Jeep character with strong towing and payload capability.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $40,232, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $37,411 average.
• It adds a few special-edition models and more standard convenience on the Sport trim.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want the updated infotainment, added comfort features, and a lower average price than the 2025. If you are price-sensitive, the 2023 is the value play, especially if you can find a clean example with the equipment you want.
