Used 2024 Honda Ridgeline for Sale near Oklahoma

How much does the 2024 Honda Ridgeline cost?

There are 2,617 listings available, which suggests you should have a workable range of choices.

Is the 2024 Honda Ridgeline a good car?

Yes — owners rate it 5/5, and our experts give it 7.33/10. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise its comfort, spaciousness, and user-friendly features, and they also like its attractive pricing compared with other trucks. In use, that lines up with the Ridgeline’s easygoing daily-driver character and its practical, family-friendly layout.

The main trade-offs are the irritating transmission and limited off-roading capability. Even so, the Ridgeline’s use-case is clear: if you want truck utility without a harsh or complicated driving experience, this year’s updates make it especially appealing.

Good and great deals account for 34.7% of listings, so there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Owners describe it as comfortable, spacious, user-friendly, and attractive on price, which points to a truck that tends to deliver a dependable ownership experience. It also comes with complimentary scheduled maintenance for two years or 24,000 miles, which helps reduce early ownership costs. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that newer rivals are catching up in technology, safety, and capability.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Honda Ridgeline?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re shopping outside the cleanest listings. Focus on overall condition, because the Ridgeline’s appeal depends heavily on how well its comfort, tech, and daily-driver usability have been preserved.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition each add different levels of appearance, comfort, and convenience equipment. The Sport now gets the updated infotainment and blind-spot monitoring, while the RTL adds more upscale touches, the TrailSport brings the off-road suspension and all-terrain tires, and the Black Edition adds the most premium audio and connectivity extras.
• Powertrain: Every trim uses a 280-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 with a nine-speed automatic and torque-vectoring AWD. It’s smooth and strong for daily driving, but towing capacity is limited at 5,000 pounds.
• Safety package: Honda Sensing is standard and includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist with road departure mitigation, lane-centering assist, adaptive cruise control, and automatic high-beam headlights. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are standard on the Sport this year, which is a meaningful improvement over the prior setup.
• Infotainment: Every trim gets a 9-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, wireless smartphone charging, and a 7-inch digital display in the gauge cluster. The system is quicker and easier to use than before, though the screen still feels a bit small.
• Fuel efficiency: In testing, the TrailSport returned 19.4 mpg, just under its official 20 mpg combined rating.

Which 2024 Honda Ridgeline trim should I buy?

The 2024 Honda Ridgeline is offered in 4 trim levels: Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the value play because it gets the updated 9-inch infotainment system, wireless smartphone features, and the newly standard blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. If you want the Ridgeline’s core strengths without paying for extras, this is the trim to start with.
• RTL: This trim is the step up if you want a more upscale feel and additional comfort-oriented equipment. It suits you if you like the Ridgeline’s practical side but want a nicer cabin presentation.
• TrailSport: Choose this if you want the most rugged-looking Ridgeline and the off-road suspension, all-terrain tires, and underbody protection. It’s the right pick if your driving includes rougher roads, but the truck still remains best on pavement.
• Black Edition: This is the most premium version, with the richest audio and connectivity setup plus extra USB ports. It makes sense if you want the most fully equipped Ridgeline and are willing to pay for it.

The Sport now includes the blind-spot monitoring system and rear cross-traffic alert, which used to require moving up to the RTL.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Honda Ridgeline?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on strong listings.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,617 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.90% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,266, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

The current average of $34,664 sits slightly below last year's $36,450.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a bit more favorable for buyers, which can make resale values easier to defend if you buy well. For future sellers, the key is that the Ridgeline still has a strong reputation for comfort and practicality, which helps support demand.

Because the year-over-year change is negative, you may not see rapid appreciation, but a well-kept example should remain appealing to shoppers who want a truck that’s easy to live with. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Honda Ridgeline safe?

The 2024 Honda Ridgeline earns an Acceptable score in the IIHS small overlap frontal-impact test and Marginal headlights ratings. It also earns five-star ratings across the board except for rollover resistance, where it scores a four-star rating from NHTSA.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda Sensing is standard and includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist with road departure mitigation, lane-centering assist, adaptive cruise control, and automatic high-beam headlights. Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is also standard on the Sport this year.

The main caveat is that the driver-assistance tech can feel a bit intrusive at times, and the IIHS results show that the Ridgeline’s age is starting to show in some areas.

Should I buy a 2024 Honda Ridgeline or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.90% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 adds a new TrailSport trim, updated tech, and standard blind-spot monitoring on the Sport.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $31,665, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $34,664 average.
• It emphasizes practicality and everyday usefulness.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $36,645, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $34,664 average.
• It carries over the Ridgeline’s easy-to-live-with unibody formula.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of updates, safety equipment, and market availability, the 2024 is the strongest all-around choice. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path, while the 2025 makes sense only if you find a specific listing you prefer.
