Should I buy a 2024 Ford F-450 Super Duty or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better primary choice if you want a strong mix of owner satisfaction, cleaner inventory, and some pricing softness. If you're especially price-sensitive, a different year may be worth comparing, but the 2024 gives you a reasonable balance of market value and buyer confidence.
