How much does the 2024 Ford Edge cost?

Prices have softened 3.50% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 6,176 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Ford Edge a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. That kind of feedback suggests you’re looking at a model year that has resonated well with drivers. With 35.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a meaningful share of market-priced options to consider.

Is the 2024 Ford Edge reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback can reduce some of the uncertainty around long-term ownership risk, especially if you verify the vehicle’s condition and history before you buy.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Ford Edge?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, even if the listing looks clean on paper. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and any signs of prior damage or wear that could affect ownership costs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford Edge?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 6,176 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.50% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,492, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford Edge's resale value?

The current average of $25,492 sits slightly below last year's $26,416.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, buying well today matters because your eventual resale value will depend heavily on how much room you leave between purchase price and market average. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford Edge or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better primary choice if you want a year with strong owner satisfaction and a market that still offers some pricing flexibility. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower entry price outweighs the appeal of this model year’s stronger market signals.
