How much does the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette cost?

Prices have softened 5.94% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,450 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Generally — the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4.3/5 user rating, and the overview points to a car that blends serious speed, modern technology, and a more exotic mid-engine layout with pricing that remains relatively attainable for its performance level. It also stands out for everyday usability relative to many cars in its performance conversation, especially if you want supercar-style acceleration without moving into a much pricier segment.

That said, you should weigh the cabin’s controversial passenger-side wall and the limited luggage space against the performance and value proposition. 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview suggests a car built around a proven performance formula, with a mid-mounted naturally aspirated V8 and an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. It also presents as a more modern and refined Corvette than earlier generations, which can matter when you’re evaluating day-to-day ownership confidence.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the concept and more about how hard the car was driven and how well it was maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Chevrolet Corvette?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s condition matches its mileage and asking price. Put extra inspection priority on signs of track use, curb rash, tire wear, and any issues with the cabin’s fit and finish, since performance cars can hide hard use better than ordinary commuters.

If possible, focus on examples with complete service records and a clean inspection from a shop that knows performance cars.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Chevrolet Corvette?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without expecting deep distress pricing.

• Deal availability: 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,450 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.94% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $82,649, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $82,649 sits slightly below last year's $87,864.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more carefully now but may also mean future resale gains are more limited if prices keep easing. For a seller, the upside is that the Corvette still sits in a desirable performance niche with broad shopper interest.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $76,587, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $82,649 average.
• It delivers the same mid-engine appeal with broad performance and usability.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year with stronger market context and a still-reasonable price relative to its performance, the 2024 is the primary pick. If your priority is saving money and you’re comfortable giving up the newer-year pricing context, the 2023 is the better value-focused path.
