What is the 2024 Cadillac XT5's resale value?

The current average of $35,652 sits slightly below last year's $40,912.

That price movement suggests the XT5 has become more affordable for buyers, which can make it harder for sellers to command top dollar right now. If you plan to resell later, the current market shows some softness, so condition and mileage will matter even more. A well-kept example should still attract interest because shoppers continue to value the XT5’s comfort and practicality.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Cadillac XT5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.86% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $31,750, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $35,652 average.
• It offers a comfortable, well-equipped luxury experience with broad appeal.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model-year pricing context and a healthy share of clean listings, the 2024 is the better starting point. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2023 is the smarter value play, especially if you find one in strong condition with the features you want.
