What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Audi Q5?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm the car’s service records before you commit. Put inspection priority on the cabin, electronics, and overall condition, since this model’s value is tied heavily to its premium feel and equipment. Focus on signs of wear, uneven operation, or missing features so you do not overpay for a Q5 that no longer feels upscale.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi Q5?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly market, with softer pricing and a healthy mix of inventory and deal opportunities.

• Deal availability: 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,916 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.26% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,953, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Audi Q5's resale value?

The current average of $30,953 sits slightly below last year's $37,410.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that resale value will depend heavily on how well the vehicle is kept and how desirable its condition and equipment remain. A well-maintained Q5 with strong presentation should be easier to move than one showing wear or missing premium features.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi Q5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 40.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.26% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $29,864, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $30,953 average.
• It offers sporty comfort with a quiet cabin and good technology.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $44,009, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $30,953 average.
• It brings a redesign with updated styling and tech.

The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want a refined, well-equipped luxury SUV at a softer price point. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2023 is the better value play; if you want the newest redesign and are willing to pay more, the 2025 is the upgrade path.
