How much does the 2023 Porsche Macan cost?

There are 1,681 listings available, which suggests a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Porsche Macan a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Porsche Macan earns a 4.5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its sporty features, fun driving experience, handling, and standard features, while also highlighting the high-quality interior and comfortable space. It fits especially well if you want a premium compact SUV that feels more engaging to drive than most rivals, even if practicality is not its strongest trait. With 38.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Porsche Macan reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience, with praise for the Macan’s high-quality interior and overall driving satisfaction. That said, some buyers note concerns about power in lower trims, which is more about performance preference than durability. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is choosing a poorly maintained example, so condition and service history matter more than chasing the lowest price.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Porsche Macan?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm the car’s maintenance records before you buy. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-mileage example or a trim that may have been driven more aggressively. Focus on overall condition, tire wear, brake wear, and signs of cosmetic or mechanical neglect, since those details matter most in a premium used SUV.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Porsche Macan?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed, but the best listings may still move quickly.

• Deal availability: 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,681 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.68% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $48,829, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Porsche Macan's resale value?

The current average of $48,829 sits slightly below last year's $54,666.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favorable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a softer pricing environment than owners saw a year ago. If you buy well now, you may have less downside risk than someone who purchased when prices were higher. Strong condition and a clean history should help preserve value better than a neglected example.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Porsche Macan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.68% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $44,802, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $48,829 average.
• It emphasizes sports-car-like driving feel and a premium cabin.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model-year pricing context and a strong mix of owner satisfaction and inventory choice, the 2023 is the better primary target. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the smarter secondary path, especially if you find one in excellent condition.
