Standard equipment on the SV trim includes dual-zone automatic climate control, full leather upholstery, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, a four-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, heated front seats, remote keyless entry, and remote start. The SR trim adds a panoramic sunroof, paddle shifters, a heated steering wheel, and heated/ventilated front seats. The SR also boasts uniquely styled leather seats with a diamond-quilted pattern. The range-topping Platinum trim features semi-aniline premium leather upholstery, woodgrain interior accents, illuminated door sills, heated rear seats, and a power rear sunshade. The Maxima provides up to 14.3 cubic feet of cargo space. ## Technology The 2023 Nissan Maxima comes standard with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It’s not the most advanced system on the market, but it’s very easy to operate, and it includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also comes equipped with two USB ports and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The SR trim adds two rear-seat USB ports and an 11-speaker Bose stereo system. ## Safety Nissan equips the 2023 Maxima with a number of standard driver-assistance features, including forward collision avoidance, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, traffic-sign recognition, automatic high beams, and lane-departure warning.
