Used 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for Sale nearTucson, AZ

How much does the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport cost?

Prices have softened 8.11% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 989 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport a good car?

The 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is one of the most affordable options in the subcompact crossover class, and its appeal is straightforward: standard all-wheel drive, easy driving manners, and a reputation for solid reliability in later years. For you, that makes it an easy model to consider if you want an inexpensive AWD compact SUV.

It is not trying to be a class leader in refinement or performance. Its weak engine and cheap interior materials are clear drawbacks, and the ride is described as rough. Even so, it offers modern tech such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which helps it stay practical for value-focused shoppers.

38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there is meaningful value in the market if you shop carefully.

Is the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport reliable?

The 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport benefits from a long development run, and that has helped sort out many reliability issues. The overview also points to a reputation for solid reliability in later years, which is a meaningful strength for a used buyer.

That said, you should still expect the usual long-term ownership tradeoffs that come with an older, budget-oriented design, so condition and maintenance history matter a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus your inspection on overall condition, since this model’s value proposition depends on finding a clean example. Pay close attention to signs of wear, how the interior has held up, and whether the vehicle has been maintained consistently.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 989 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.11% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 83.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $16,947, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport's resale value?

The current average of $16,947 sits slightly below last year's $18,443.

That price movement suggests the model has softened in the used market, which can help you as a buyer today. If you plan to sell later, the same trend means resale value may remain under pressure unless the vehicle is especially clean, well-equipped, and well maintained. For you, the best protection is buying at a strong price and keeping the car in excellent condition.

Should I buy a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.11% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2023 is a sensible choice if you want a budget-friendly Outlander Sport with standard AWD and a market that still offers decent value. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs any differences in availability or condition.
