Used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC for Sale near Connecticut

How much does the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC cost?

Prices have softened 9.01% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,497 listings available, which gives you a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.33/10 expert rating. The model scores 7/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Safety.

The GLC is positioned as a comfortable, fuel-efficient luxury SUV that emphasizes refinement over flash. Its premium interior materials and polished cabin help it stay near the top of the small luxury SUV class, while the conservative redesign keeps the familiar Mercedes formula intact.

The trade-offs are clear: it does not offer much cargo space, and it is not especially exciting to drive. If you want a small luxury SUV that prioritizes comfort and a high-end interior over sporty handling or maximum utility, this is a strong fit.

37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The GLC’s overall package leans into refinement and comfort, and the expert review describes it as a polished luxury SUV with a nearly silent cabin and smooth, confidence-inspiring road manners. That kind of calm, well-sorted behavior is a good sign for day-to-day ownership.

Its powertrain is described as pleasantly smooth, with acceleration that feels linear and easy to manage. The review also notes that the adaptive cruise control is smooth and trustworthy, which supports the impression of a well-executed system.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright performance and more about whether the vehicle has been maintained carefully and kept in the condition you expect from a premium SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are comparing multiple listings. Focus on overall condition, since this model’s appeal depends heavily on cabin quality, comfort, and how well the premium materials have held up.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The standard GLC 300 is the redesigned model, while the Coupe models are carryovers from the previous generation. The newer cabin brings a large vertical infotainment touchscreen and a tablet-like instrument panel, but the older Coupe layout uses a smaller screen mounted higher on the dash and can be easier to use. If you want the most modern interior, the standard GLC 300 is the better fit.
• Powertrain: The GLC 300 uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, making 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and 4Matic all-wheel drive is available. The setup is tuned for smooth, comfortable acceleration rather than sporty urgency.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, a blind-spot monitor, adaptive headlights with automatic high beams, and a driver attention monitor. The optional Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, evasive steering assist, and emergency stop assist. The Coupe comes standard with cross-traffic alerts and the surround-view camera, while the package itself is otherwise identical.
• Infotainment: The new setup centers on an 11.9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system has sharp graphics and quick responses, and the MBUX voice recognition is a highlight. The trade-off is that the screen sits lower on the dash, which can make it more distracting to use, and the steering-wheel touchpad can be frustrating.
• Fuel efficiency: Rear-wheel-drive models are estimated at 25 mpg city, 32 mpg highway, and 28 mpg combined. 4Matic all-wheel-drive versions are estimated at 23 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 26 mpg combined.

Which 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC trim should I buy?

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC is offered in 1 trim level: GLC 300.

Here's the short version:

The GLC 300 is the trim to focus on if you want the redesigned cabin, the smooth 2.0-liter turbocharged mild-hybrid powertrain, and the core Mercedes luxury experience without moving into the older Coupe body style. It delivers the best balance of comfort, premium materials, and efficiency, which makes it the best-value choice in this lineup.

The standard safety equipment is already solid, but the optional Driver Assistance package is worth considering if you want adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping support.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

• Deal availability: 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,497 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.01% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,647, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC's resale value?

The current average of $37,647 sits slightly below last year's $41,374.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum.

Because the price range has softened but remains supported by steady inventory and strong shopper interest, well-kept examples should still attract attention. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC safe?

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, a blind-spot monitor, adaptive headlights with automatic high beams, and a driver attention monitor. The optional Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, evasive steering assist, and emergency stop assist. The Coupe also includes cross-traffic alerts and a surround-view camera as standard equipment.

Should I buy a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.01% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It brings a conservative redesign with a more premium cabin and a refined, comfort-first character.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $41,670, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $37,647 average.
• It broadens the lineup with AMG variants returning to the GLC 300.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2023 is the smarter buy because it delivers the redesigned GLC experience at a lower average price. If you want a broader lineup and are willing to pay more, the 2024 is the better path.
