Used 2023 MINI Countryman for Sale nearNew Brunswick, NJ

How much does the 2023 MINI Countryman cost?

There are 492 listings available, which gives you a meaningful pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2023 MINI Countryman a good car?

Yes — the 2023 MINI Countryman earns a user rating of 5/5, which points to strong owner satisfaction.

The overview shows a small SUV that blends MINI’s retro personality with added practicality, including more rear passenger space and cargo capacity than earlier MINI models. It also stands out for customization, with a wide range of paint, wheel, graphics, and interior choices, so you can tailor it more than many rivals. If you want a compact SUV with character, sporty demeanor, and a more personal feel, this model year fits that use case well.

With 36.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2023 MINI Countryman reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview suggests a vehicle that keeps a proven formula: it offers a sporty driving character, familiar MINI personality, and a range of powertrains that includes a plug-in hybrid setup. It also notes tradeoffs such as a stiff ride, weak base engines, and cargo capacity that trails some rivals, so the ownership experience is more about character than broad-class comfort.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the same traits that make it distinctive can also make it less forgiving if you expect a softer ride or maximum utility.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 MINI Countryman?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus your inspection on signs of prior damage, uneven wear, and any evidence that the car has been used hard. Because this model leans into sporty character and customization, condition matters a lot: check that the features you want are actually present and that everything works as expected. A careful test drive should confirm whether the ride quality and overall feel match what you want from a used small SUV.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 MINI Countryman?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 492 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.72% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,173, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 MINI Countryman's resale value?

The current average of $27,353 sits slightly below last year's $29,323.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper short-term resale gains if you plan to sell soon. Even so, a model with strong owner satisfaction can still hold appeal when it is well kept and properly equipped. If you buy carefully and maintain it well, you improve your odds of getting stronger interest later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 MINI Countryman or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.72% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $29,079, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $27,353 average.
• It is the last run before the redesign, so you get a familiar package with updated trim and plug-in hybrid appeal.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2023 is the stronger starting point because it combines lower pricing with solid deal availability. If you are willing to pay more for the newer model-year setup and its updated trim structure, the 2024 is the better secondary path.
