What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Land Rover Range Rover?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re seriously considering, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the vehicle has higher mileage or a complicated option package. Focus your condition check on maintenance records, electronics, suspension behavior, and signs of wear that can be expensive to address on a luxury SUV.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Land Rover Range Rover?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.41% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $85,437, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover's resale value?

The current average of $85,437 sits slightly below last year's $99,822.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help future buyers but may temper short-term seller returns. If you buy near the current average and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned than someone who paid closer to last year's higher level. Demand should remain supported by the model's luxury appeal and broad owner approval.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.41% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $53,800, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $85,437 average.
• It offers a simpler interior with improved technology.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market mix of value, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the better price-sensitive path and still delivers the core Range Rover appeal.
