How much does the 2023 Honda Passport cost?

There are 1,922 listings available, which suggests you have a decent amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Honda Passport a good car?

Yes — it earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its spacious interior, comfortable seating, and powerful performance, and many also highlight the ample cargo space and smooth ride. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a roomy two-row SUV with everyday comfort and real utility, especially since the five-passenger layout suits shoppers who do not need a third row. The market also shows 36.3% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Honda Passport reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a dependable ownership experience, with drivers repeatedly calling out its comfortable ride, spacious cabin, and strong performance. That kind of praise often lines up with trouble-free day-to-day use and a vehicle you can count on over time. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about core reliability and more about finding a well-kept example with no hidden condition issues.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Honda Passport?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on every listing, even when the market looks clean, because that helps you confirm accident status and ownership history. Put a pre-purchase inspection at the top of your checklist so you can catch wear items, cosmetic issues, or signs of poor maintenance before you commit. Focus especially on overall condition, since the Passport’s appeal depends heavily on getting a clean, well-cared-for example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Honda Passport?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,922 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.71% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,896, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Honda Passport's resale value?

The current average of $32,362 sits slightly below last year's $33,610.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more modest if the market stays competitive. For a seller, the current trend suggests you should expect value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. Strong demand for roomy, comfortable SUVs should still help support interest when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Honda Passport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.71% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $29,298, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $32,362 average.
• It adds a light restyle and TrailSport trim.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $35,512, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $32,362 average.
• It adds a refreshed, simpler, easy-to-use setup.

The bottom line:

The 2023 is the best all-around choice if you want strong owner satisfaction, solid inventory, and a price that has already softened. If your priority is saving money, the 2022 is the better secondary path; if you want the newest version and are willing to pay more, the 2024 is the upgrade path.
