Used 2023 Genesis G90 for Sale nearPhiladelphia, PA

How much does the 2023 Genesis G90 cost?

Prices have softened 6.57% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 55 listings available, which suggests a fairly limited but still workable pool of inventory.

Is the 2023 Genesis G90 a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Genesis G90 earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.7/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, Cost effectiveness, and Safety.

The data points to a luxury sedan that leans hard into comfort, rear-seat amenities, and upscale presentation. It is especially appealing if you want a richly equipped flagship that emphasizes passenger comfort and value rather than sporty driving dynamics.

The trade-offs are clear: it is not especially quick to respond when you ask for more power, and the cabin storage is limited. It also uses wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto instead of wireless smartphone mirroring.

Good and great deals account for 38.2% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Genesis G90 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The G90 is presented as a well-built luxury sedan with a strong emphasis on comfort, quietness, and high-end materials. The performance notes also point to a smooth, refined cruiser with a quiet cabin and a stop/start system that restarts cleanly without vibration or noise.

Genesis also includes complimentary scheduled maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles, which helps reduce early ownership costs. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure the car has been maintained consistently so its luxury features and complex systems continue to work as intended.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Genesis G90?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a luxury sedan with a long list of standard equipment. Focus on the condition of the interior, infotainment, and driver-assistance features, since those are central to the G90’s appeal. It is also worth confirming that all maintenance has been kept up to date.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The G90 is offered in two trims, and the higher trim adds the more powerful 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 E-SC setup. The base trim already brings a very upscale cabin with Nappa leather, real wood veneer, ambient lighting, and a spacious rear seat, while the top trim is the one that adds the extra performance and more of the flagship feel.
• Powertrain: You get a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with 375 horsepower, while the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 E-SC raises output to 409 hp and 405 lb-ft of torque. Both use an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, and the car is tuned more for smooth cruising than quick responses.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes blind-spot monitoring, smart cruise control with stop-and-go, highway driving assist, remote parking assist, a 360-degree camera, lane-keeping assist, forward-collision warning and assist, and parking-collision avoidance. The data does not point to a trim-level safety gap.
• Infotainment: The G90 uses a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and an 8-inch rear-seat touchscreen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are wired, and over-the-air updates are included.
• Fuel efficiency: The less powerful engine returns 21 mpg combined, with 18 mpg city and 26 mpg highway. The top trim returns 20 mpg combined, with 17 mpg city and 24 mpg highway.

Which 2023 Genesis G90 trim should I buy?

The 2023 Genesis G90 is offered in 2 trim levels: 3.5T and 3.5T E-SC.

Here's the short version:

• 3.5T: This is the better-value choice if you want the G90’s core luxury experience without paying for the extra output of the top trim. You still get the elegant design, spacious back seat, and a long list of standard comfort and safety features.
• 3.5T E-SC: Choose this if you want the most powerful version and the most complete flagship feel. It is the trim that adds the 409-hp setup, so it makes the most sense if you want the strongest performance available in the lineup.

Standard safety equipment is already extensive, so you do not need to move up a trim just to get the core driver-assistance suite.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Genesis G90?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 55 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.57% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 85.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $53,082, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Genesis G90's resale value?

The current average of $53,424 sits slightly below last year's $57,181.

That decline suggests the market has softened, which can be good news if you are buying now but less favorable if you are planning to sell soon. If you own one, the current pricing trend means you may need to be realistic about resale expectations in the near term.

The upside is that the G90’s strong equipment level and luxury positioning help it stand out in the used market. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Genesis G90 safe?

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Genesis makes advanced driver assistance standard, including blind-spot monitoring with visual and audible alerts, a blind-spot camera view in the gauge cluster, smart cruise control with stop-and-go, highway driving assist, remote parking assist, a 360-degree camera, lane-keeping assist, forward-collision warning and assist, and parking-collision avoidance.

The safety writeup also notes that IIHS and NHTSA ratings had not been published for this model year at the time of review. Even so, the standard equipment list is broad, and the G90 is clearly designed to reduce stress in both commuting and parking situations.

Should I buy a 2023 Genesis G90 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 model is described as a major refresh with more luxury features than ever, including massaging seats all the way around and a rear reclining seat with a footrest.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of luxury, features, and value, the 2023 is the one to target. If you are more price-sensitive, you can shop carefully for a lower-priced example, but the 2023’s refresh and feature content make it the better all-around pick.
