Why it stands out
The 2023 Chevrolet Equinox remains a strong contender in the compact crossover market, combining practicality with affordability. It features a turbocharged engine that, while not overly powerful, delivers sufficient low-speed acceleration for city driving. The Equinox is known for its comfortable ride and spacious interior, making it suitable for families. Additionally, the 2023 model introduced a revised braking system that enhances driving confidence. It boasts a user-friendly infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as a generous amount of standard safety features. However, it does face stiff competition from newer models, and some may find its performance a bit lackluster, particularly at higher speeds. Overall, the Equinox is a practical choice for those prioritizing value and comfort over flash.

The vehicle has everything I need and more. Previous model years have such a great resale value and I feel I will benefit from lower depreciation which makes it a better value. This SUV is beautiful and I always had good luck with Chevys so I did not consider any vehicles. I especially like the safety features such as lane departure emergency braking crash protection for other vehicles and pedestrians. The addition of the knee airbags is a great standard feature.
