The overview suggests the Q7 is a polished, well-equipped luxury SUV, but it also notes that repair costs can be high and the base engine can work hard. What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Audi Q7?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the specific Q7 you’re considering has a clean record and consistent maintenance. Put inspection priority on the drivetrain, electronics, and cabin condition, since this is a premium SUV where repair costs can add up. It also makes sense to focus on how the vehicle was used, because a well-kept example will matter more than a lightly worn one with incomplete service history.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale performance will depend heavily on how well your Q7 is maintained and how desirable the specific configuration is when you go to sell. A clean history and strong condition should matter more when the market is already showing softer pricing.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
