The vehicle i got was very nice with a fair price. Their internet sales representative replied to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Overall my experience with Niello Audi was not bad, but I just felt like they wanted to have me quickly sign all the forms and rush me out the door

Todd was a great salesperson. He spent hours with me test driving, then got me in to the perfect car. The rest of the team was easy to work with. And they were responsive when I needed to have a smal fix to my new car. I would definitely buy another car at this dealership.

was not impressed to drive there and see the car I wanted to have over spray paint on the rear bumper and front bumper and the car fax to say it's a clean title. I think the dealership should take some ownership and responsibility and not play stupid and say the car wasn't painted when it's obviously with the paint over spay.

We worked with Phillip in sales and Steve in finance. Pretty typical dealer sales tactics, though never pushy or rude, knowledgeable about their products and very cordial and attentive to customers.

Went here to test drive car. Salesperson was snooty and completely unprepared to assist us. We walked around lot for 20 minutes only to find she had the keys for a car that was already sold. She made no effort to show us any other cars, simply said 'oops sorry' and walked away. I ended up buying a brand new car from another dealer.
