Why it stands out
The 2023 Acura MDX showcases impressive features that make it a compelling choice for buyers in the midsize three-row SUV market. Its stylish design and the availability of the Type S variant, with a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine delivering 355 horsepower, stand out as notable strengths. The MDX’s Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) system enhances its driving dynamics, providing a superior driving experience, especially in challenging conditions. Additionally, the vehicle's high safety ratings, including a Top Safety Pick+ designation and a five-star NHTSA rating, make it a reassuring option for families.
Despite its strengths, the MDX does have some drawbacks. Fuel economy is less favorable compared to some competitors, and some users have mentioned ergonomics could be improved, notably in the cabin layout and control interfaces. However, for those prioritizing safety, technology, and comfort in a family-friendly SUV, the Acura MDX remains a relevant contender in its class.

Amazing experience for an SUV with outstanding handling and performance! The interior is absolutely stunning and has more luxury than any MB or BMW I have ever owned…all this with Acura reliability. The SH-AWD ensures a confident handling experience in all types of weather. ELS sound system is second to none with 25 speakers and 3D surround sound. Couldn’t ask for anything more from an SUV…this coming from a sports sedan diehard who would have never owned an SUV until now….well done Acura!!!

I like the elegant design and great safety rating, and probably reliable. I think this car can hold value. If this package has 360 camera, it will make my decision quicker. I compared it with palasade premium package and volvo xc90. Finally picked MDX because of the smooth purchase experience.
