Why it stands out
The 2022 Kia EV6 makes a significant impression with its sporty and stylish design, setting it apart from traditional electric vehicle offerings. It features a striking exterior that highlights performance, with its low and wide stance reminiscent of sports cars. Inside, the vehicle boasts advanced technology including dual 12-inch screens, ambient lighting, and various driver assist features that enhance safety and convenience. The EV6 also delivers an engaging driving experience with up to 320 horsepower and impressive torque, allowing it to compete with other electric performance cars like the Tesla Model 3. However, some users have noted concerns about range, particularly in colder climates, and the lack of cargo space compared to traditional SUVs. This balanced mix of performance and modern features makes the EV6 appealing for tech-savvy drivers and those seeking a fun driving experience.

Great car. Its quiet and loaded with features. We like the GT-Line trim over the GT since its more comfortable as a daily driver. Despite less power it has a respectable 0-60 of 4.5s which translates to plenty of speed for overtaking maneuvers on the highway when needed. I would not classify this car as an SUV. Its more of a wagon and trunk space is limited when compared to the 2017 CRV we replaced. With that said, the car interior is well sized for a family of four and very comfortable. We own a Bolt too so have a level 2 charger in our single family home - would only recommend an EV if you can install a charger on your primary home. Public infrastructure is too much of a hassle to deal with and costly. With your own Level 2 charger you will never have to worry about using any DC fast chargers unless you are on the road trip. With our Bolt we have not used public chargers in 17,000 miles.
