Used 2022 GMC Acadia for Sale nearMesa, AZ

How much does the 2022 GMC Acadia cost?

Prices have softened 9.13% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,586 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2022 GMC Acadia a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2022 GMC Acadia. The overview points to a family-oriented midsize SUV with modern connectivity, including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and available wireless smartphone compatibility, plus a broad trim lineup and available all-wheel drive. It also highlights a well-equipped cabin and a package that is easier to live with than the larger original Acadia, which makes it appealing if you want a practical crossover with useful features. The market also shows 33.7% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2022 GMC Acadia reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview describes this generation as fairly reliable, which supports the Acadia’s appeal as a used SUV. That matters if you want a family vehicle that balances everyday usefulness with a reputation for dependable ownership.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s basic appeal and more about finding one that has been maintained well and hasn’t accumulated hidden wear.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 GMC Acadia?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, and any issues that could affect daily family use. Pay close attention to overall condition, especially if you want a well-equipped trim or all-wheel-drive setup, because those features can make a used example more desirable. Since the Acadia is a midsize SUV with a broad trim range, the details of how it was used and maintained matter a lot.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 GMC Acadia?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,586 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.13% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 82.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,621, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 GMC Acadia's resale value?

The current average of $25,655 sits slightly below last year's $28,231.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also mean future resale gains are limited. If you plan to sell later, the best protection is choosing a clean, well-kept example with the right equipment and strong overall condition. A model that stays desirable in the used market is easier to move when it’s your turn to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 GMC Acadia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.13% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is a strong choice if you want a well-equipped midsize SUV with modern connectivity, broad trim availability, and a market that currently gives you some negotiating room. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2022 stands out as the better all-around pick when you want a balanced mix of features, usability, and current value.
