Ford offers several "upfits" for the Transit Connect that make it more suitable for use by a variety of tradespeople. The automaker’s upfit configurator allows buyers to select racks and bins, partitions, ladder and tool holders, telematics, custom graphics, and more. Some versions of the van can also be converted to run on compressed natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas.
