Wasn't impressed, they emailed back to me to say the car was still available,and asked if and when I would stop by for a test drive. They would have it ready. I replied back 7:00 . I got there just before 7 and the car was still in the lot, dirty, the engine bay was dirty &had leaves everywhere under the hood. Before the test drive, the salesman already wanted our trade info to get the paperwork going.while on the test drive he was bragging on their 100+ point inspection .when we we're finished with the short test drive. I got out and looked the car over and the front tires were worn-out on the insides. We made an offer, the salesman left to get the manager.he said he had more money in the car. Shook our hand thanked us for coming . And that was it. We left.

I was more than willing to purchase a truck from this dealership. The truck was a recent arrival that was used so it needed a few things done to it which is understandable. After being told the vehicle was ready upon arrival nothing was done. A tire still had a slash in it, no detailing was done and I could tell someone was smoking in the truck along with the empty dorito bag in the middle console.The sales rep gave me some erroneous excuse so I just left. Save your time and money.

I drove two and a half hours to test drive a car and had been told it would be all ready when I came. When I got there it still needed to be serviced and they had another car like it for me which I did not like the bait and switch and dishonesty.

I was very disappointed they knew I was coming for the vichele and sold it right before I got there and they knew I was going to arrive about 5:30 because it was over 2 hour dive. They did say they would fill my car up but I had justed filled it up so it only held $13.

The car is still on CarGurus and yet it appears to be sold, they call to schedule an appointment to view but I had already been there, when pressed about the car and its status they said it was indeed sold. Yet... its still on the site, theirs as well. Not sure whats really going on with it, but I initially reached out on December 12th in person at the dealer.

I had the same experience as Charles. Basically they haggled over the price and we could not come to an agreement of a difference of $700 and then the next day they dropped their price by $1000 on the Acura rdx. I was told that there was no wiggle room as their price is a whole good price...whatever that means to us common folk. I reached out to them a few days later to see if they wanted to met halfway and never heard a response. This is NOT the way you do business especially if you are in sales and you are trying to move your product and its during the holiday season when no one is buying....Hello?!?!!!!!! I see that management has been made aware of these bad practices but apparently nothing is being done to make corrective changes.

The salesman tried to lure me into the dealership to come drove this car. I had already talked to a manager that informed me the car had been taken to auction and was no longer there. I had to break the news to the salesman that he didn’t know his own inventory. Simpley pathetic

The dealer is more interested in getting loan processed than helping customers have a look at the vehicle and test drive, I went to test drive with a preapproved loan from my bank, after multiple times that I repeated not to run my credit and that I was not looking for the loan the sales team and the showroom did run my credit offering me a loan to get their dealer percentage. This a bad practice and very poor customer service.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Test drove a Benz CLA. When it came time to talk numbers 2 people sat with us feeding us all this nonsense on how it's no haggle price and that we will have equity in it since they are selling it way under Kelley Blue Book. Equity in a car, really??? Having come from a family dealership that was established in 1962 and working in the insurance industry as an auto claim manager for 15 years, they couldn't fool me. A car is only worth what the market will bear. KBB means nothing so don't believe them about that garbage. So we made them an offer $1k below thier price. They came down $280 and that price was only good for that day. We walked. That was correct about the price only be good for that day, because the next day they dropped it $1k and never even called us. They add fluff like admin fees which is just a slush fund for them, pure profit. So when the inexperienced salesman called us only after we emailed them we told them it's a deal if they take another $280 off. Never heard back until they played the game of someone else is interested so if you want it you better let us know. What they didn't realize is we had already ordered a 2018 Mustang from a more reputable dealership. Very unprofessional, high pressure sales staff that have no interest in your business. Laughable experience for sure. Buyer beware.

I had been looking for a GMC Yukon XL for the past 3 months & had seen this one that had all the extras I wanted on my next car. I contacted them because the price of the car fit my budget so well & they told me it was priced wrong & they couldn’t let the car go for that price. It was actually $3000 higher than what had been posted for the last month or so. I emailed them & told them that was bad business not to honor their mistake. Needless to say I never got a response back after that, so I am still looking elsewhere now.

Capital Ford really didn't have their stuff together. They Also belittled us as we told them we did not want financing by assuming that we were young and did not own a home (which we do) and then gave us a 10 minute lecture on the importance of building a credit after we had already spent a ridiculous one hour waiting for them to get the car and fill out endless paperwork. Last time I checked, I wasn't a student in their classroom. They also assumed I was going to walk out buying a car, and I wanted to test drive it first since it was a used car. They made us sit around for 30 minutes filling out a ridiculous inventory form, at one point asking for my social security number, which I of course outright refused and almost walked out. It took about almost an hour and a half just to get us a test drive.

Purchased a 2013 F150 Lariat for capital Ford. The salesman had already pulled up the vehicle for me to look at and was very nice and professional. After purchasing the vehicle, I had a few mechanical issues with the truck. Contacted Capital Ford and they immediately assisted me. I live in Florida and they paid for my truck to be fix in Florida instead of me driving back to NC. Talking to any of the staff there was always pleasant. Capital Ford treats thier customers like people and I recommend to do business with them.

The young salesman, Charles, was very nice and responsive and helpful. The finance manager I worked with, however, was very unpleasant, pedantic, and dismissive. I really liked the car and wanted it, but I walked away, because I couldn't deal with his attitude and approach. I'll find a used Subaru elsewhere. I'll never attempt to buy a car from this dealership again. No matter how good the price is on the car they are selling, their "administration fees" are way too high and their bids on trade-in value way too low.

I called and confirmed that this vehicle was for sale on 8/11/17 and then drove 1.5 hrs to purchase the vehicle only to be told that it had been SOLD. Lost 3 hrs travel time and a days work over the ole "bait and switch" hat trick. Not a good way to do business.

Sent them an e-mail and they responded in 5 minutes. We set up an appointment to go see it the next day. We went down and were greeted by a salesman who took us inside to show us the car fax and all the info on car. We then went for a test ride and came back to dealership.We made an offer, they countered and we made a deal. No high pressure, my salesman Rhondell was very professional and a real pleasure to work with as were all the managers !!!!!!! They all work with you. Excellent experience and will deal with again !!!!!!

These guys are not fair in assessment of vehicles for trades. They basically want to take your car for nothing and sell you their car at a ultra premium even when theirs has been sitting on their lot for almost 3 months. I had a 2008 limited expedition with 145k miles every bell and whistle literally not another you could get on the car except cosmetic things. Car book at 13000$ trade in values ranged from 8500 to 10500. Wanted to give me 2500$. COMICAL AND INSULTING!

Disapointed, but not supprised. this truck had been on cargurus for 40+ days and two days after I contacted the dealer, it was sold. No call to tell me. I found out by the fact it had disapered from cargurus and the dealer website and called to confirm. Seemed a bit ironic, but it happens. I had planned to drive the 2 hours to the dealership and its a good thing I called first.

Very helpful, they had the car ready for the test drive as scheduled we then began to talk price. AJ was very good in particular, very helpful as far as answering all my questions; when the closing salesman came in we had to haggle quite a bit on price until eventually we came to an agreement. I'd recommend people ask for AJ particularly and I am happy with my purchase!

The dealer published the original window sticker for the car in its advertisement. The window sticker noted DVD headrests as a $1,995 option. I asked if the car was complete per the window sticker. They said it was. In inspecting the car, I noted that the DVD headrests had been replaced with standard headrests. They said they didn't realize they were missing. When I asked them to lower the price by the corresponding value of the missing option, they declined to negotiate any further on price.

First the salemans was great. The financing is left to be desired. Spent a total of 8 hours between 2 days bringing all the information required after they said bring it and then so so and drive. After getting there, they requested more information just to give me the run around again. That evening after leaving there, I called another dealership and submitted my information. They called me back with 30 minutes and literally had the paperwork ready for me. The next day I spent 1 hour and was on the road with another vehicle. Don't waste your time with capital ford.

Atrocious experience. I was informed in the afternoon that the vehicle was available for my viewing, so I replied that I would be there the very next morning. Drove 105-miles one way to find out that the vehicle was already sold and gone. Oh, by the way, I did receive email notification that the vehicle was sold, a couple of days later. The only feasible reason I'd purchase a vehicle at this dealership would be if it were free.

3 people contacted us. First was a field call making no sense. She asked 'has anyone contacted you about this vehicle?' I answered no. next question, "Have you test drove this vehicle?' Um if I haven't spoken to anyone at the dealership how could we have test drove it? Her response....I understand. We went around and around with similar questions for a while. Someone from the dealer called and wanted to set up an appointment. We are from out of town. Wanted information on the specific vehicle they had placed on the website. They suggested they could set me up with the 'Fleet Team' after several more questions they suggested the vehicle I inquired about had been sold. FYI it is still on the website as available.

At 5pm I scheduled an appointment to test the vehicle the next the day after saw the car online. When I arrived at the dealership at noon I was greeted by at least 4 salespersons. The person I was supposed to meet was not available. After 10 minutes I was informed that the car was sold. Of course they were sorry and were already trying to sell me a higher priced car. I am not sure if the car I was supposed to test drive is real, it looks like this dealership posts online ads for low priced vehicles to get you to their dealership. I wasted 2 hours of my day plus the cost of gas to drive there. Stay away from Capital Ford Charlotte, I wish I did.

A sales person contacted me with 1 hour of my email. We followed up with phone calls and the sales person continued her pleasant attitude when I told her I could not visit at this time. I will contact them again when I'm ready to buy.

I really enjoyed getting my car from Capital ford. If I have any hesitation, it was only that the interior cleaning of the used car (and car wash) was not particularly well done. The people at this dealership were and are fantastic though!

I found this car $6000 less than Ford who was unwilling to see me the same vehicle.

Hidden charges. When questioned about charges became very defensive. Don't like the word no, and question every statement as implicating buyer doesn't know what he's talking about or lying. Would not ever trade with them no matter how good the deal.

Very Poor service. I contacted them about the vehicle and drove 1 1/2 hours only to find out that they had sold the van. Very poor customer service! I will never shop here again!

I sure would have liked to buy a car from Kathy, but we found another car that we liked closer to home. She was on top of things from the start even though I am hard to get in contact with. She was quite persistent. Well done!

Ended up buying the vehicle, Shaquille was a good salesman. His boss Ken however, was pushy. When I mentioned the tires being low on tread all he would say is we can raise the price, and they passed inspection. Everyone knows that passing inspection doesn't necessarily make it right. Had Shaq not stayed and talked the sale would have been lost.

we asked to see the van and they said ok and never showed us and then we gave our credit info and they left us sitting for an hour finally i said we are leaving then someone ran out and said we are sorry and we will call you with the results that was 2/3/16 and we still havenot heard back

I would gice them bo stars but it wouldnt allow that. I would never buy a car from this place. The internet sales person lied just to get us in the door. First told me that the car I was inquiring about wasn't available, then she contacted me back saying that it was. So I then set up an appointment to look at it and a few minutes before I got there, she told me that it was sold. She also told us that they also had another vehicle just like it on the lot and when we arrived, there wasn't even another one! I spent a good bit of driving time to get there and back home. It was a waste of my time! Please find another place that actually cares about there customers...

Great experience, and Matt the sales person who helped me wasn't pushy, had answers to all of my questions and would recommend anyone who visits should see him if looking for a new vehicle.

Great used pilot for a wonderful price :) only down fall I was there almost 6hrs and still had to go back and finish today! But overall great dealership!

Kind of put me off on the phone I felt because I was out of state. Told me to come in for a test drive like I could drop by anytime. I told the lady I lived in WV, 300 miles away. I had numerous questions to ask about the vehicle but she didn't seem to want to help me at the time. I found the truck I wanted at another dealer in Gaffney SC this week.
