(34 reviews)Challenger Hellcats are purchased primarily for the powerful engines. The car also has most features you would expect in a performance automobile: AC, nice stereo, power adjustable drivers seat. 2023 was the last year for the Hellcats and Hemi engines. Cars 2 to 3 years or older with low mileage may be great values. These cars are heavier than most other sports cars and not as nimble on curves but straight line speed is impressive with the Hellcats. Others to consider would be the Corvette and Mustang.
I have had 3 challengers v-6,Daytona 392 scat pack and now the hellcat. What I like is the auto stick option and the paddles ,it’s not manual but it’s as close to it as possible.I owned a 2023 Shelby and it wasn’t manual either but it had a turn knob and also paddles and in comparison I think they’re pretty much the same I like the fact that the hellcat has a few more options the set.pack etc.and it’s roomier also. The power is definitely there and the roaring is fun to hear. I wish I could test drive a redeye and a demon just for comparison, but the hellcat is awesome in my opinion.
If your looking for economical and sensible. Please swipe left. This car is not sensible or economical. What it is, is fun. Its comfortable and quick. Its smiles per gallon. Its addictive, it has a following. Some people hate them cause they aint them. Wake up and have some fun. Live a little. This car will catch you looking back at it when you walk away.
I absolutely Loved my Torred RT Challenger right up till i hit a 2000lb bull at 45mph. Airbags deployed, car was a loss but I walked away without a scratch Without a scratch folks So here I am on the hunt for my next and hoping I can find a SRT in Torred with the 6 speed manual.
Very happy with the challenger . Rides very smooth the seats are very plush and comfy. Plenty of power with the V6 engine no need for a V8.
