Why it stands out
The 2022 Chevrolet Equinox continues to impress with its blend of comfort and technology, making it an appealing option in the competitive compact SUV market. This model year introduces a revised aesthetic with a new RS variant that features sportier design elements and enhanced tech offerings like wireless smartphone integration. Despite its improvements, the Equinox faces tough competition from more modern rivals that offer fresher designs and possibly better performance. While owners appreciate its smooth ride, spacious interior, and user-friendly infotainment system, some have pointed out its basic nature and comparatively pedestrian performance as drawbacks. With a turbocharged engine that produces 170 horsepower, the Equinox is capable but may not satisfy those looking for spirited driving. Overall, the Equinox stands out primarily for its value and features in a crowded field.

This vehicle had all of the features I wanted, there are others I never considered, all are appreciated. The only thing I have found it is missing is the programable driver’s seat. However, I did not have this option on my list and only looked for it afterwards. It is not difficult to adjust the seats :) I cannot compare to you ther models as I have not taken the time to compare. I love this vehicle. Good gas mileage, lots of get up and go!
