Used 2022 Chevrolet Corvette for Sale nearColorado Springs, CO

How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette cost?

Prices have softened 4.65% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,944 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used Corvettes to compare.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4.8/5 user rating and an 8.2/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Performance, Cost effectiveness, and Technology.

Owners consistently praise its stunning looks, impressive performance, and comfortable ride. Reviewers also call out the excellent handling and strong value for money, especially with the mid-engine layout. In practical terms, that makes it a strong fit if you want a sports car that feels special without giving up everyday usability.

The main trade-offs are poor fuel economy and limited cargo space, and advanced safety features are not standard. Even so, the Corvette still lands as a compelling choice if you want sharp styling, strong driving enjoyment, and easy-to-use technology.

There are 36.8% good or great deals in the market, which suggests you can still find attractive pricing if you shop carefully.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that feels dependable in the ways that matter to enthusiasts: it delivers the kind of performance and comfort people can count on, while also earning praise for its value and overall satisfaction. The expert evaluation also emphasizes that the Corvette is easy to get the most out of and remains approachable, which supports confidence in day-to-day use.

Chevrolet also backs it with a three-year, 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a five-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that sports-car running costs and wear items can still add up faster than they would on a mainstream car.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chevrolet Corvette?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been driven hard or modified. Focus on condition details that matter on a sports car: tire wear, brake wear, curb rash, and signs of track use or front-end scraping. If the car has desirable options, make sure they actually work as intended before you buy.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup includes coupe and convertible body styles, and the base 1LT leaves out some equipment that appears on higher trims. Navigation is standard on all trim levels except the base 1LT, and the base trim also misses the blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert features.
• Powertrain: The standard setup is a 6.2-liter V8 with 490 hp and 465 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The engine uses mid-engine packaging for better weight distribution and traction, and the optional performance exhaust raises output to 495 hp and 470 lb-ft.
• Safety package: Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert are the key driver-assistance features, and they are not available on the base 1LT trim.
• Infotainment: You get an 8-inch touchscreen, a 12-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a built-in WiFi hotspot. Navigation is standard on all trim levels except the base 1LT, and a head-up display is available.
• Fuel efficiency: EPA fuel economy is 19 mpg combined, with 16 mpg city and 24 mpg highway.

Which 2022 Chevrolet Corvette trim should I buy?

The 2022 Chevrolet Corvette is offered in 3 trim levels: 1LT, 2LT, 3LT.

Here's the short version:

• 1LT: This is the entry point, but it leaves out navigation and the available driver-assistance features, so it makes the most sense if you want the lowest starting price and can live with a simpler setup.
• 2LT: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience equipment while keeping the Corvette’s core performance and tech strengths intact.
• 3LT: Choose this if you want the most upscale cabin and are willing to pay for the top trim’s added equipment.

The safety package centers on blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, but those features are not available on the base 1LT.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Corvette?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop, but the best examples can still move quickly.

• Deal availability: 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,944 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.65% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $66,859, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $66,859 sits slightly below last year's $70,120.

That softer pricing suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy more selectively today. For a future seller, the current trend means resale value may not be rising quickly in the near term, so condition and equipment will matter more when it’s time to list. Well-kept examples with desirable options should still hold attention better than rougher cars.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette safe?

The Corvette is light on driver-assist tech, with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert as the main notable features.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Those features help with the Corvette’s limited rear visibility, but they are not available on the base 1LT trim. The lack of broader advanced safety equipment is the main caveat here, so you should not expect the kind of standard driver-assistance coverage you’d find in many mainstream cars.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 36.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.65% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2022 adds minor updates, a limited-edition IMSA GTLM package, and new exterior colors.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $63,350, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $66,859 average.
• It offers stylish, fun-to-drive value with a more visceral convertible experience.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $76,370, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $66,859 average.
• It leans harder into supercar-style presence and performance.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, satisfaction, and current-market availability, the 2022 is the smart default. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2021 is the lower-cost path; if you want a newer-feeling step up in presence, the 2023 is the premium alternative.
