About 2022 Audi RS 7
Overview

The 2022 Audi RS 7 blends speed and versatility in a five-door car that puts the “fast” in fastback. Based on the Audi A7, the RS 7 sets itself apart with raw power and speed. The RS 7 has some new feature availability for 2022, but it is largely a carryover from the 2021 update.
The RS 7 boasts a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine that puts out 491 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. Power is routed through an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission to Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD).
The transmission has a manual tap-shift mode and Audi Drive Select with Auto, Comfort, Efficiency, and Dynamic (sport) drive modes. The Drive Select system on the RS 7 also has unique RS1 and RS2 drive modes that refine the car’s tuning even further. EPA fuel-economy ratings are 15 mpg city, 22 mpg highway, and 17 mpg combined.
The RS 7 can hit 60 mph from a standstill in just 3.5 seconds, according to Audi, on the way to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (this can be optionally raised to 190 mph for track use). As quickly as the RS 7 accelerates, it’s an even more competent corner carver thanks to its adaptive air suspension and a sport rear differential.
The RS 7 also comes with performance brakes, which can be upgraded to high-performance Carbon Ceramic brakes for added stopping power. And if that’s not enough to move you, the raucous note from the performance-tuned exhaust should get your heart racing.
In addition to its performance enhancements, the RS 7 features leather-and-Alcantara upholstery, heated and ventilated seats, quad-zone climate control, wireless device charging, a fully digital instrument panel, and a dual-screen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Standard safety features include forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, and front-and-rear parking sensors.
Base MSRP for the 2022 Audi RS 7 is $118,500 in its lone trim. There are a number of ways you can customize your RS 7, which can add thousands to the price. The RS 7 is backed by a four-year/50,000-mile basic warranty.
