There are 189 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2022 Acura ILX a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests strong owner satisfaction for this model year. That kind of feedback can be a useful signal if you want a used car that has resonated well with drivers. With 29.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Acura ILX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, the main ownership risk is less about the rating and more about the condition of the individual car you choose, so a careful inspection matters.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Acura ILX?

At 65.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before committing, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can confirm the car's structural and cosmetic condition. Focus especially on signs of prior repair quality, uneven panel gaps, tire wear, and any evidence that the car was not maintained consistently.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Acura ILX?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 29.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 189 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.92% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 65.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,651, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Acura ILX's resale value?

The current average of $23,035 sits slightly below last year's $24,484.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average gives you more cushion against depreciation. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Acura ILX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

• At 65.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.92% compared with last year.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2022 if you want a model year with solid owner satisfaction and a softer used-price trend. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep a close eye on the lower end of the range and compare condition carefully, since the best value will come from the cleanest, best-documented example you can find.
