Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Acura ILX?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 178 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.50% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 65.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,643, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Acura ILX's resale value?

The current average of $22,765 sits slightly below last year's $24,348.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average gives you more room to preserve value. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Acura ILX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 65.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing and owner satisfaction, the 2022 is the primary year to target. If you're especially price-sensitive, compare it against nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented listings rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
